Avacado Dip



  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice.
  • 2 fresh chopped hot red chili
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper as per taste.


  1. Scoop the avocado
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend till its smooth.

Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes before using it.
