- 1 ripe Avocado
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 4 tbsp lemon juice.
- 2 fresh chopped hot red chili
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt & pepper as per taste.
- Scoop the avocado
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend till its smooth.
Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes before using it.
