Jhatpat because it can be made in 10 mins or less :-)
Ingredients
200gms paneer (for 4 people)
1/2 table spoon chilli powder
1 table spoon tandoori masala
1 table spoon kitchen king masala
1 table spoon dhaniya powder
1 capsicum cut into medium pieces
1 tomato puree (appx 200gms)
1/2 cup milk or 1/2 pack fresh cream
Tips
Add 1tsp crushed/powdered kasoori methi after you add the cream(these are the dried leaves you get in packs).
Steps
1. Mix all the masalas add some water and make a paste
2. Heat oil
3. Add the masala paste
4. Cook for 1 min
5. Add cut capsicum
6. Cook for 1-2 mins
7. Add tomato puree and cook till oil seperates(2-3 mins)
8. Add 1/2 cup water
9. Add paneer cubes
10. Add milk/cream
11. Cover and cook for 2-3 mins
12. Remove cover and cook till gravy thickens.
Wow, sounds real easy :) I will try this out this weekend. btw, you missed out capsicum in the ingredients ;)
